Recently there has been a lot of buzz regarding cloud computing. Companies such as Amazon.com, Google, Microsoft and Apple, with its iCloud solution, have been touting the benefits of cloud computing. Websites such as YouTube and Facebook have been built around cloud computing. At LivePOS, we have been long advocates of cloud computing. In fact ten years ago, we were one of the first companies to operate in the cloud.
In the future, we can expect cloud computing to become more pivotal in our daily life. As the wireless internet infrastructure continues to improve and more people use smartphones and iPads instead of PCs, the need for cloud computing will continue to grow. Cloud computing will improve our daily life by making a seamless transition from one device to another and ensuring all of our data is secure.
